Chris has spent 15 years doing what he now teaches: building self-employed estate agency models from the ground up. He founded The Estate Agency, scaled it nationally, and sold it to TAUK in 2025, where he now serves as CCO. Chris has one clear goal: to help estate agents make the leap from employed to self-employed profitable business owners.
He has owned and operated self-employed estate agency models for over 10 years and is a thought leader in this space. Previously, Chris specialised in serving high-profile sports and entertainment figures, family offices, and private individuals.
He has successfully represented buyers and sellers in prime markets such as Dubai, New York, Sydney, and Kuala Lumpur.
